END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The sole property of the software belongs to mmjd.com.

Registered version. One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single use who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used not simultaneously by multiple users. BUT NOT BOTH.

Shareware version. You may use shareware version for 60 days (trial period). After that period has ended, to continue using this software, you have to purchase a copy of the registered version.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and change(add, delete or modify) the resources in the compiled the assembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of the software and the documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and the documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above-mentioned actions.

This License Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. No notice shall be required from mmjd.com to effect such termination. You may also terminate this License Agreement at any time by notifying mmjd.com in writing of termination. Upon any termination of this License Agreement, you shall immediately discontinue use of the software and shall within three (3) days return to mmjd.com, or certify destruction of, all full or partial copies of the software, documentation and related materials provided by mmjd.com. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this License Agreement.

Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software and documentation shall remain in mmjd.com and/or its suppliers. The software is protected by the copyright laws of the Peoples Republic of China and international copyright treaties. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the software including the content contained in the software media demonstration files, shall be retained by the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This license gives you no rights to such content.

MMJD.COM PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. MMJD.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS RESELLERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND/OR SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "MMJD.COM PARTIES") MAKE NO WARRANTIES. THE MMJD.COM PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION (1) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, ACCURACY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NO ENCUMBRANCES, NO LIENS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, (2) WARRANTIES ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS AGREEMENT. MMJD.COM MAY CHANGE THE FEATURES OF THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE MMJD.COM PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MMJD.COM OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SOFTWARE.

You agree to indemnify and hold mmjd.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the software, the violation of these Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or identity, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

mmjd.com may, but is not required to, provide you with customer support ("Support"). Unless you have entered into a separate written support agreement with mmjd.com with respect to the Service, mmjd.com may terminate any Support it provides at any time in its sole discretion.

Authorized third-party software that uses the software is not supported by mmjd.com and you should contact the provider of such software for support, if any.
